Public speaking is a common fear. However; there are a few tips that can alleviate these fears, create fabulous speeches and make people more confident and polished public speakers. This class is for people who are both terrifies to speak in public as well as people who want more confidence in speech writing and speech giving. *Discussion on peoples’ fears and tips to control nervousness. *Learning how to speak under pressure. *Creating interesting speeches – the basics. *Delivering speeches with style. *Homework: write a speech to be given at the next session. *Participants will give the speeches they wrote, and be evaluated based on the parameters discussed in the first session. Class Fee: $16 ($20 after registration deadline Nov. 1)
