PH Cell Balancing, Blood Type Diet And Nutrition
| Learn how your bodies PH relates to optimum health. The cells of the body cannot extract nutrients from the blood unless the PH is correct. When a swimming pools PH gets out of balance, it grows algae. When your bodies PH gets out of balance you grow disease and obesity. High acidity can become a dangerous condition that weakens all major body systems and contributes to diseases like cancer, auto immune, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and many more. In this class we will test our PH and learn how you can monitor your PH easily and painlessly at home. You will learn which foods, supplements and stress management will keep your “pool” in optimum health. We will also cover the secrets of the blood type diet to balance your health. You will receive extensive handouts, a brochure and cassette tape. On the night of the class do not eat or drink except water after 5:00 PM. This is needed for an accurate test.
